% 02.12.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 20th August, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) No.4816/2015, wherein the respondent-UOI was directed to decide the proposal submitted by the CRPF with regard to Cadre Review of the Combatized Ministerial Cadre within a period of four weeks. Respondent nos. 3 & 4 have filed an affidavit dated 18th November, 2016, in which it is stated that the aforesaid order dated 20th August, 2015 has been duly complied with and the Cadre Review of the Combatized Ministerial Cadre of CRPF has been carried out. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Cadre Review carried out by the respondents is contrary to law. He prays that the petitioner be given liberty to challenge the Cadre Review decision.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, present contempt petition is closed and the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the Cadre Review decision taken by the respondents in accordance with law. MANMOHAN, J DECEMBER 02, 2016 KA
