This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 04.05.2024 passed by the Commandant 215 Battalion, CRPF, Police Line, Malyapur, Bihar, whereby, the petitioner was awarded a punishment of 'Stoppage of Annual increment for one year (i.e. year 2024)'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority as was provided in the Impugned Order itself. 4.
