The present Petition has been filed against an interim order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi ("CAT") in O.A. No. 3171/2025 with M.A. No. 3544/2025.

The Petitioner herein claims to have been selected as Nursing Officer (Sister Grade-I). are not being considered for the allocation and thus, the order is adversely impacting her appointment and joining. 5.

Since the present Writ Petition has been filed against an interim order only, the same is disposed of, while granting liberty to the Petitioner to file application for modification/alteration of order dated 17.10.2025. If such application is filed, the same is requested to be considered and decided within 15 days of its filing. 6.
