The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging unauthorised/illegal construction at property bearing no.1/136, measuring 101 Sq. Yds. out of Khasra No.1/131, 1/141 & 1/142, situated in the area of Village: Ghonda Chauhan Bangar, Matawali Gali, Rajput Mohalla, Delhi110053. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite documents have already been submitted by the petitioner to establish its ownership of the property in question.

Learned counsel for the respondent/MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has already been sealed on account of unauthorised construction. construction expeditiously and in any event, within a period of 8 weeks from today.
