Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 625/2025 of Police Station Paharganj, New Delhi for the offence under Section 376/313 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

On being pointed out the extremely serious and obnoxious allegations in the FIR, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may face trial. 3.

As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
