This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "a) Quash and set aside the impugned movement order dated 08.01.2024 transferring the Petitioner from GREF Centre, Pune to 420 RMPL/86RCC / 758TF(P) Swastik, Gangtok; and b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Direction to Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to retain the Petitioner at GREF Centre, Pune; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c) Pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to do so in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents."

Mr. Anuj Chaturvedi appears for the respondent and submits that impugned Movement (Transfer) Order from Pune to Swastik, Gangtok has been withdrawn. He also states, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner giving options of four places to which he can be posted, the same is under consideration and a decision thereof shall be taken within four weeks.

Noting this fact that the Movement (Transfer) Order has been withdrawn, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The same is dismissed as infructuous.
