Pursuant to the last order passed, Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions states that the refund order has already been issued. It is, however, pointed out to us that the refund has been made out in favour of a company which no longer exists consequent to a merger which came about in the meanwhile. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that a revised refund order shall be duly drawn and appropriate refunds along with statutory interest payable up to the date of remittance effected within a period of four weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
