The petitioners in these petitions have filed the present petitions, inter alia, praying that FIR no. 366/2017, under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the IPG registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is predicated on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 company. A copy of the said settlement agreement arrived at before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District Delhi, has been placed on record.

Respondent no.2 company is represented by its Authorised Representative (Mr L.D. Sharma). He is identified by the Investigation Officer. Mr Sharma states that he is duly authorised and competent to make statements on behalf of respondent no.2 company. He states that the disputes with the petitioners have been resolved and respondent no.2 does not have any further claim or grievances against the petitioners and does not wish to pursue any proceedings against them. He also joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are identified by their counsel. They state that they also have no further grievance or claim against respondent no.2. 5.

In view of the statements made by the petitioners and respondent no.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petitions. 6.

Accordingly, the FIR bearing no. 366/2017, under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the IPG registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
