This is a petition seeking to challenge the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-2, District East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Maintenance Petition No. 314/2023.

It is stated by Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case, the petitioner duly supplied the information regarding the running of a beauty saloon by the respondent but the same has not been considered.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that the learned Family Court has passed the order only as an ad interim maintenance and the final petition for maintenance is yet to be adjudicated.

Suffice it to say at this stage, the learned Family Court shall consider the pen drive submitted by the petitioner and adjudicate the petition for maintenance filed by the respondent expeditiously preferably within a period 8 weeks from today.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 6.
