In view of the fact that the Tribunal has already been constituted, the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application(s), if any. 3.

The Petitioner is at liberty to take such steps as available to the Petitioner in accordance with law before the Tribunal. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
