HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 26.02.2020 The instant petition came to be filed alleging violation of order dated 14.02.2019 in W.P.(C) No. 7129/2018 titled 'Seeta Kumari & Ors vs. Government of NCT of Delhi & Ors'. By the said petition, the grievance raised was with regard to allotment of one more flat for being used as AWC in Block K of Rajiv Ratan Housing Scheme, Baprola. Ms. Pushkarna, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 drawing advertence to the affidavit dated 22.02.2020, submits that the flat has since been allotted for opening of a new Aanganwadi Centre and thus order

passed by the learned Single Judge stands fully complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect. It however comes to be submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though one more AWC has come to be opened, it remains short of the required staff/workers/helpers. Learned counsel for the respondents, on their part, submit that the said aspect will also be looked into.

Taking note of the submissions made and the totality of the facts and circumstances, the instant petitions stands disposed of. A. K. CHAWLA, J FEBRUARY 26, 2020 Aj
