We have heard Mr. Rao and Ms. Puri, counsel for the petitioners and also Ms. Arora, counsel for the respondents for some time. Mr. Rao states that as the petitioner has already filed representation with the DG, CRPF against the findings of the CLICC, he shall withdraw the petition to enable the authority consider and decide the same and if aggrieved with the order to be passed to seek such remedy available in law. 2.
The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
