Mr. Barathi, who appears for the. petitioner, informs me that a final decision has been rendered by the Appellate Authority in Appeal Nos.lO, 11 and 13 to 17 of 2017. A copy of the order 24.04.2018, passed by the Appellate Authority, has been shown to me, in Court, today. 2.

Given this circumstance, Mr. Barathi, submits .that he would like to withdraw the captioned writ petition and move afresh to assail the said order.

Liberty in that behalf is granted.
