% 06.03.2019 Defendant has entered appearance and is directed to file reply to the injunction application within two weeks.
Ld. counsel for Defendant submits that her client has not made any attempt to enter in the premises of Plaintiff. After hearing counsels for parties briefly, it is directed that if the Plaintiff wishes to sell the scrap, which is lying in its premises, it is directed to do so. However, upon sale of the scrap, the Plaintiff shall deposit Rs.88 lakhs in this Court. If Plaintiff is unable to sell scrap, the above order of deposit shall not apply. This order would operate until the application is heard finally on the next date as the Plaintiff has expressed an urgency to dispose of the scrap. List on 3rd April, 2019.
