The hearing has been conducted through video-conferencing 1.

The present petition raises the grievance as regards illegal unauthorized construction being raised by the respondent no.4 in property bearing no.2660, Sadgara Mohalla Niyariyan, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110006. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that show cause notice dated 16.01.2024, under Section 344 (1) and 343 of DMC Act, 1957 has been issued in respect of property in question. 3.

It is submitted that further action as warranted under law shall be taken in respect of any unauthorized construction that may be subsisting in the said property. The said statement is taken on record. 4.

Binding the MCD to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
