This public interest petition has been filed raising certain issues regarding reduction of air pollution levels in Delhi. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the very same issue is the subject matter of the proceedings before the Supreme Court in W.P.(C)No.13029/1985 titled M.C.Mehta Vs. Union of India which is being monitored by the Supreme Court, we do not consider it appropriate to entertain the writ petition.

However, this shall not preclude the petitioner to get himself impleaded to the proceedings pending before the Supreme Court. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
