This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1. Allow the present Petition and issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quash the Orders dated 22.05.2025 and 19.12.2025 passed by the Ld. Armed Force Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in Original Application no.2118 of 2024 titled as "Inderjit Kaur W/o Major Rajinder Singh vs Union of India & Ors.";

2. Allow the present Petition and issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the Ld. Armed Force Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi to decide and dispose of the Original Application no.2118 of titled as "Inderjit Kaur W/o Major Rajinder Singh vs Union of India & Ors." at the earliest or in a time bound manner;

direction to the Ld. Armed Force Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi to direct the Respondent in the said O.A. to pay some interim amount towards the ongoing medical treatment of husband of the Petitioner;

4. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present application."

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and the son of the petitioner, we are of the view that the appropriate shall be for the petitioner to file a fresh application before the Armed Force Tribunal (AFT) for early hearing of the pending Original Application for the consideration of the AFT. The AFT shall decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
