The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayer:
"In view of the above be allow the petition allow the quash the FIR No 869/2021 P.S. Bindapur u/s 306/509/34 IPC against the in the interest of justice or pass any other order as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the matter before the learned Trial Court is at the stage of prosecution evidence.

In view of the same, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial Court during the course of the trial.
