The learned Standing Counsel has handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 05.03.2026 detailing the efforts that had been made to trace out the whereabouts of the missing boy in the petition and an FIR in this regard has been registered at Police Station Dadri, Greater Noida.

In view of such efforts, as the whereabouts of the missing boy could not be traced out, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction.
