After arguments, this appeal and all pending applications are disposed of with the consent order that the respondents will pay an amount of Rs.2 lacs to the appellant in full and final satisfaction of the claim of the appellant in the subject litigation. This amount of Rs.2 lacs will be paid within a period of six weeks from today.
