% 18.03.2025 1.

On 11.12.2024, this Court observed that there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on 01.04.2024 and 17.09.2024. 2.

On 17.09.2024, learned Counsel for the Petitioner stated that she has complied with the Order dated 01.04.2024 by making a written communication to the Petitioner asking him to make alternate arrangements for representing him but she did not receive any response from the Petitioner. Court Notice had also been issued to the Petitioner on 01.04.2024 and the same has been served on the Petitioner through Whatsapp. 3.

Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and also there is no appearance of the Counsel on behalf of the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. 4.

The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with pending application(s), if any.
