The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 27th February, 2026 between the petitioners and the respondents no.5 to 8. 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid MoU.
