1. The report of the medical examination of the Petitioner dated 15th November, 2019 has been handed over to the Court. A copy thereof has been provided to counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has been placed under P3(P) for DM Type-II with HTN and E2 (P) for Mild NPDR with Left Central Corneal Opacity with Cataract with Sensory Exotropia with Amblyopia with effect from 15th November, 2019, for 2 years.

2. The counsel for the Respondent accordingly submits that the Petitioner would be unfit for promotion. He further states that even in the previous years i.e. 2016 onwards he was found medically unfit.

3. Copies of the medical reports for all the years since 2016 be made available to the Petitioner within two weeks.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies qua the said medical reports in accordance with law.

5. The petition is disposed of.
