The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the Petitioner to join the investigation in FIR No. 40712021 dated 07.10.2021 at PS. Civil Lines New Delhi, through Video Conferencing;

b. In the alternative, subject to and without prejudice to the aforesaid prayer, if this Hon'ble Court deems the physical presence of the Petitioner necessary, requisite direction to the Respondent No. 1 to ensure hindrance free passage back for the Petitioner to the USA to immediately attend to his medical treatment at the USA;
