The petitioners have filed present petition inter alia praying that directions be issued to the respondents for issuing Letters of Recommendation (LOR) to them claiming that the said LORs are necessary for availing the loan under the PM SVANidhi Scheme. 2.

It is also pointed out that the petitioners have filed the representation dated 28.12.2022, which has not been decided as yet. 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.1 to consider the said representation and communicate the decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from date.
