Learned counsel for the respondent, appearing through video conferencing, submits that pursuant to an order passed by the learned Executing Court dated 03.11.2025, the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondent on 11.11.2025. 2.

As such, relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], he submits that the present petition has become infructuous, as there is nothing surviving therein.
