% 20.03.2020 CM 8775/2020(direction) Issue Notice to the respondents to be served through all modes. It is the case of the petitioners that in spite of eight weeks time granted to the respondents by the order dated 31.10.2019 to decide the representation of the petitioners having expired, and in spite of repeated representation of the petitioners, the respondents have not decided the same yet.

It is further submitted in the application, that on the failure of the respondents to take a view on the representation of the petitioners, the petitioners apprehend that they would face prosecution, including penalty proceedings.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners within a period of one week from the communication of this order.

In terms of Notification No. 51/RG/DHC/2020 dated 13.03.2020 issued by the High Court, list on 17th April, 2020. Dasti, under signature of the Court Master.
