By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) , the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- <a. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction quashing the arrest of the Petitioner dated 16.01.2026 as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional;
b.
Direct the immediate release of the Petitioner, declaring the detention to be violative of Articles 21 and 22(1) of the Constitution of India;
c.
Declare that the custodial interrogation and detention of the Petitioner at the office of Respondent No.3 are illegal and without authority of law;
