% 13.09.2017 CM 33543/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM 33542/2017 in WP(C) 94/2017 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, including the non-applicant, who is present on an advance notice, it appears that there is a typographical error in paragraph 13 of our order dated 10th August, 2017. Instead of four months, it has been recorded that the compliance would be made within four weeks failing which, the respondents would pay interest @ 8% from the date of this order. The aforesaid paragraph -13 is rectified and would be read as under:- "13) The respondents will comply with the aforesaid directions within four months from the date copy of this order is received. If the arrears not paid within four months, the

respondents shall pay interest @8% from the date of this order. There would be no order as to costs."

Application is disposed of.
