After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, who, primarily, seeks bail on point of parity as the other two co-accused are already on bail, does not press the present application. 2.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed. All rights and contentions are, however, reserved.

Liberty is also granted to the applicant to move appropriate application before the learned Court of Sessions seeking release of applicant on bail. 4.

This Court expects that as and when any such application is moved, the same is considered expeditiously.

It is, however, clarified that this Court has not made any observations on merits of the case as such.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
