Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks directions to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to argue the case before the learned Trial Court within one week after the next date of hearing. 2.

It is informed that case is pending before the learned Trial Court on 14.01.2016 for arguments.

The request of the petitioner is acceded to.

Accordingly, the instant petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court is directed to fix the matter for arguments after a week from the next date of hearing.
