The order dated 19.07.2024 passed by the learned Registrar shows that deficient court fee has not been filed despite extension of time which was granted by this Court in terms of order dated 22.02.2023. 2.

The report of the Registry shows that the deficient court fee has still not been deposited.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is not interested in pursuing the present Appeal any more. He submits that he has received instructions in writing from the Director of the Appellant Company stating the same. He requests for permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal.

The Appeal and all pending Applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
