% 14.11.2025 CM APPL. 71493/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 16-A of the Court Fee Act, 1870 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant seeks refund of the court-fee affixed on the memo of appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits, that the appeal already stands disposed-of as withdrawn vide order dated 10.11.2025, in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.03.2025 ('MoU') and Corrigendum dated 29.07.2025 to the MoU, as referred-to in that order. In view of the prayer made, it is not considered necessary to issue notice on this application.

The application is accordingly allowed.

The Registry is directed to refund to the appellant 50% of the courtfee affixed on the memo of appeal.
