At the outset, it has been submitted by the petitioner that his counsel is unable to assist him and that he shall make his submissions himself. In reply to a specific court query, he has stated that he does not need the assistance of any counsel.
He submits that he is a qualified Company Secretary and a law graduate and shall make his submissions himself. On behalf of the respondent, the list of dates has been referred to and it has also been brought forth that it has been submitted by the petitioner that from the year 2014 to 2017 no effective hearing had taken place before the Trial Court and the matter was pending at the stage of framing of charge for the date 25.05.2018. The petitioner submits that the matter is now fixed for framing of charge and thus seeks to withdraw the present petition to seek redressal, if any, in accordance with law after the framing of charge or
otherwise.
The present petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty granted as prayed.
