The present writ petition filed by the employer assails the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by the competitive authority and Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already comply with the impugned order and therefore does not press the present petition but prays that it may be clarified the same would not be treated as a precedent qua other employees who may raise the same claim. 3.

It is made clear that in case any other employee of the petitioner approaches the competent authority under the Minimum Wages Act, the claim of the said employees, if any, would be decided on the basis of facts and circumstances of the said case and the impugned order will not be treated as a precedent.
