The applicant, vide the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeks grant of interim bail in FIR No.641/2021 dated 6.11.2021 registered at PS.: Govind Puri, Delhi under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC). 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

As such, the present bail application alongwith the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
