The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC praying for cancellation of "Look Out Circular (LOC)" issued against the petitioner by the DCP, South West, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.08.2024 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in SLP (Crl.) 6930/2024 subject to the terms and conditions to be imposed by the learned Trial Court.

He submits that the learned Trial Court vide order dated 17.09.2024 had inter alia imposed the conditions that the petitioner shall not leave the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. country/travel abroad without permission of the Court. 6.

He submits that in view of the above condition the present petitioner filed an application before the learned Trial Court seeking permission to travel abroad.

The learned Trial Court vide order dated 16.12.2024 allowed the application of the petitioner and granted him permission to travel abroad/Dubai for the period from 16.12.2024 to 20.12.2024, however, when the petitioner was leaving for Dubai from Pune Airport, he was conveyed that there is LOC issued against him.

However, on the basis of the permission granted by the learned Trial Court, he was allowed to travel abroad.

The learned counsel submits that in the above backdrop he has filed the present application seeking cancellation of the LOC issued against him. 10.

The learned ASC for the State refers to the decision of this Court in "Sumer Singh Salkan and Ors. vs. Asstt. Director and Ors; 2010 SCC OnLine Del 2699" to contend that the remedy to seek cancellation of the LOC is available to the present petitioner before the learned Trial Court, as well as, before the Investigating Authority.

Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court. 12.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
