The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to the respondents to provide police protection.

State submits that an appropriate action will be taken with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner and protection if felt required will be provided.
