The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to:

a. allow the present petition in favour of the petitioner by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writ, directing the respondent to grant parole for a period of 02 months for maintaining social ties with his family and society and for investment of money received after sale of joint inherited property and to build up permanent house.

b. Any other writ or orders which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest and furtherance of justice.

Prayed accordingly."
