After some hearing, Mr. Munish Mehra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the Trial Court.

Mr. Mehra specifically states that the petitioner's application for permanent exemption from personal appearance is pending before the Trial Court, and he will request the Trial Court to consider it on the next date of hearing.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the facts and circumstances of the present case.
