The present application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the Order dated 20.01.2026. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent had stated that the issue regarding the levy of damages was placed before a High Level Committee and therefore, the impugned notice was sought to be withdrawn. However, inadvertently, the said portion of the order was missed out. 3.
Paragraph No.1 of the dated 20.01.2026 now reads as under:- "1. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the issue regarding levy of damages is being placed by the Food Corporation of India before a High Level Committee and therefore, the impugned notice is sought to be withdrawn."

In view of the above, the impugned notice is sought to be withdrawn The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/01/2026 at 13:10:20
with liberty to re-issue a fresh notice in case the High Level Committee takes a decision.
