% 02.05.2016 This matter has been listed today in view of the note dated 25th April, 2016 of the Registry of this Court and order dated 18th April, 2016 passed by the leaned District and Sessions Judge (East) Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, which is reproduced as under:

"Since the present case does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Court, parties shall appear before Hon'ble High Court on 02.05.2016 for its allocation to Court of competent Jurisdiction."

It is noted that vide order dated 15th December, 2015, the Suit was transferred to the learned District and Sessions Judge, East (Karkardooma Court), Delhi.

Noting the fact that the suit property in question is in Karkardooma

and Kardooma falls in Shahdara District, so, the matter is transferred to learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

Accordingly, the parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 30th May, 2016.
