The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the Show Cause Notice dated 11th August, 2025 and a direction against the Election Commission of India not to proceed with the cancellation of registration of the petitioner party.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.2 and 3 on advance notice submits that the petitioner party has already been delisted on 19th September, 2025.
