In view of the Order dated 26.02.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 69/2026 and other similar matters, the amount shall be deposited with the bank account of Delhi High Court Bar Association expeditiously, and the same shall be utilized for education of children of the Bar staff existing or those who have passed away while in service. 2.

The petitioner is at liberty to take action to file a suit for damages/refund/ mental agony etc., if so advised in accordance with law.
