Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that after the grant of interim protection, the applicant has joined the investigation. He further submits that present applicant alongwith other co-accused have settled the disputes with the complainant and in this regard have filed petitions being CRL.M.C. 9070/2023 and CRL.M.C. 9082/2023 seeking quashing of FIR.

Complainant, who is present in Court and has been identified by the I.O, confirms the same.

In view of the above, the interim protection granted vide order dated 22.01.2024, is made absolute.
