The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 04.10.2023 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge/RC (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi, in Civil Suit bearing no. CS SCJ No. 652/2023 titled Alya Veronica Shah v. Jatinder Singh Pannu, whereby the learned Trial Court directed the petitioner & his wife to file an explanation as to why contempt proceedings be not recommended against them. The wife of the petitioner is the plaintiff before the learned Trial Court.
