Medical status report of the applicant dated 24.03.2025 has been received from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Dispensary, Central Jail No. 10, Rohini. As per the said report the applicant was referred to Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital on 24.03.2025, in pursuance of the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court where the applicant was examined by Dr. Rishabh Verma, ENT SR, and it was observed that no active ENT intervention is required at present.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. 4.
