Mr. Sitikanth Nayak, learned counsel points out from the proceedings that Company Petition No. 83/2024 is pending for adjudication before the Bench-VI, National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), New Delhi for considerably long time and without any effective hearing, the matter has been adjourned which is causing immense prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in various other proceedings. He places reliance on a decision passed by this Court in Col. Amiss Srivastava & Anr. v. Having considered the submissions made by Mr. Nayak, the Court finds that the petitioner will have to approach the concerned NCLT by way of an urgent hearing application. If such an application is presented, the Court does not have any doubt as to why the same would not be considered appropriately.

At this stage, reserving the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner, no further directions are required to be passed. 6.
