% 21.02.2024 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment. 2.
The present petition was filed in the year 2019 and since then the petitioner has failed to take steps for service of the respondents. In the meanwhile, the cost was also imposed vide order dated 13.07.2022, for not taking steps to serve respondents, has not been deposited by the petitioner till date.
3.
It appears that the petitioner is not at all interested in pursuing the present petition and the sheer negligence on the part of petitioner is explicit from the record. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the petition pending.
4.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. SHALINDER KAUR, J.
