Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") on 24th January, 2024. 2.
At this stage, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant in CM APPL. 4840/2024 submits that the applicant is the tenant in the premises in question who is operating from the premises and is engaged in promoting the football activities. She further submits that a substantive writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 644/2024 has already been filed by the applicant, which is next listed on 30th January, 2024.

Considering the limited scope of the present petition, which has been filed for compliance of the order dated 22nd December, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) 16655/2023, this Court notes that no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present petition, in view of the action already taken by the MCD.

However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case canvassed by learned Senior Counsel for the applicant in CM APPL. 4840/2024. The rights and contentions of all the parties in that regard are left open.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of along with all the pending applications.
